Five 60m³ LBYL oxygen generators can fully meet the oxygen demand of hospitals with over 3,000 beds, enabling independent oxygen supply that is simple, economical, and environmentally friendly. Our systems are energy-efficient, reliable, easy to maintain, durable, and low-noise, thanks to advanced low-pressure, oil-free VPSA oxygen production technology.

In addition to the characteristics of "high equipment reliability, low maintenance cost, and energy saving" brought by low-pressure oil-free oxygen production technology, the LBYL vpsa oxygen generator is characterized by low noise, which comes from the design concept of energy saving and environmental protection of the vpsa oxygen production system, its reliable performance, and the effective treatment of high-frequency noise of the equipment.

A typical project configuration includes four 40m³ low-pressure oil-free molecular sieve oxygen generators and two 5m³ liquid oxygen storage tanks, working as primary and backup oxygen sources. During peak demand, both systems supply oxygen simultaneously, with dual emergency oxygen busbars for general and special areas. This design has supported hospitals for over six years, particularly those with high oxygen demand such as cardiovascular centers.
