01:Molecular sieves are more durable. The lifespan of molecular sieves is affected by water, oil and pressure. VSA addresses these three factors, reducing the risks of molecular sieve fragmentation, oil contamination and water softening failure.The entire system is oil-free, thus avoiding the molecular sieve from being contaminated by oil. The air pressure is below 0.1 MPa, and the adsorption pressure of the molecular sieve is also below 0.1 MPa (about one-tenth of the traditional PSA pressure). This low-pressure environment minimizes the risk of molecular sieve crushing.

02:The annual maintenance cost is reduced by 80%.The entire system consists of only three main components - the air compressor, the oxygen generation main unit, and the oxygen compressor. This simplicity minimizes maintenance work and costs, optimizes the process flow, and features outstanding reliability and higher efficiency.
